22A- Elevator Pitch No. 3

The feedback that surprised me the most was how insightful and helpful my comments were. It helped me grow the way I approached the pitch and even made great improvements.
I also found that I even memorized the whole things and I was extremely comfortable in front of the camera it was great. I also feel that the pitch was so much better then my last one and all of the others! This was a great assignment and I feel like I'm a pro now on the elevator pitch!

21A- Reading Reflection No. 2

The book I read was Makers: The New Industrial Revolution by Chris Anderson.

1) The General theme of the book is trying to explain how there is a new industrial revolution that can change everything. They talk about 3D printing and more are changing making things to machines to computers.

2) This book has connected and enhanced my learning experience in ENT3003 because I learned a lot about how today’s business world is changing in terms of the way our computers change the manufacturing process just like in the first industrial revolution did in the past.

3)The exercise that I would design for the class that was based on "Makers: The New Industrial Revolution" would to list ways that our world has changed in terms of manufacturing. This would engage the student to think about our changing world.

4) In reading this book I had a big surprise reading how much 3D printing has changed the way we can make things. 3D printing is so cheap and easy to use. I was also surprised the things you could print and the wide array of how open source all of this software was.

This person will give me great feedback and insight into my company and others.

This person can help me with my business in the future just by his connections.
Finally: Reflect. This experience requires you to do a little 'targeted networking.' How will this experience shape how you participate in any future networking events? Did this experience differ from your networking experiences in the past? How?

This experience really helped shape how I participated in future networking events. It showed how many people you can connect with by just the power of the internet. This was different then my last experiences since it was in person and not online.

19A- Idea Napkin No. 2

1) You.

I'm a 3rd year at the University of Florida. I'm talented with my work ethic. I aspire to get my bachelors degree in a couple of semesters. I see this business effecting my life alot.

2) What are you offering to customers? Describe the product or service (in other words, how you'll solve customers' unmet needs).

My service will connect business owners with high quality and affordable programmers to build great websites for a great price.

3) Who are you offering it to?

I'm offering this service to any person needing a website that is affordable, and that is high quality. These customers all are on a budget and want a quality website for their business.

4) Why do they care?
Customers will pay because American workers are twice as expensive than International programmers, but they have the same skill. My clients without me won't have the connections I have to great programmers.

5) What are your core competencies?
What sets me apart is my stellar work ethic. I will work very hard to get whatever task I need to get done. Nobody else has the work ethic that I have, and the connection I do for cheap and great programmers. Another element I have is my will to become the best person I can be. I acquired many business skills from the many clubs and business classes I've taken at a top ranked Business school like UF.

The part of my business I can improve is my logistics. If I improved the way I connected my clients and my marketing

The two points I learned in my feedback is to address objections, and to get a marketing plan. I incorporated this into my new idea napkin by tackling the issues head one and addressing them to make my idea napkin better then the last time.

Interviews- https://soundcloud.com/user-626859023/sets/ent3003\

I believe these interviews were a good representation of me. I think it showed who I really am and how I work hard.

15A- Figuring out Buyer Behavior No. 2

Person 1- She told me the way she picks has to do with a combination between price and quality. If the website is cheap and terrible coded, she won’t want it, but if it’s really good but it cost hundreds of thousands, she cant afford it. A nice mix would be perfect for her. She also likes the customer experience being in a physical store.

Person 2- Subject 2 explains that quality matters the most within reason. His business focuses mostly on customer service and he is very strict on keeping a quality product. He is a young and he enjoy the electronic virtual shopping experience. He says he knows he has the right purchase if it satisfies his need at a good price

Person 3- Person three is an older gentleman that likes a good quality product. Price is a concern but only if he is getting ripped off. He likes physically being in a store and being helped with staff on the product. He thinks he bought the right product if it is good quality. Again he told me multiple times that he didn’t like or trust the digital shopping experience and he didn’t like customer service over the computer.

At the end of these interviews I gained a wide array of knowledge on the buying process and what goes through a customer’s head. This will help me develop a game plan and to help tweak my product and services. Overall it was amazing and great to have these interviews for my future.
