1) You.
I'm a 3rd year at the University of Florida. I'm talented with my work ethic. I aspire to get my bachelors degree in a couple of semesters. I see this business effecting my life alot.
2) What are you offering to customers? Describe the product or service (in other words, how you'll solve customers' unmet needs).
My service will connect business owners with high quality and affordable programmers to build great websites for a great price.
3) Who are you offering it to?
I'm offering this service to any person needing a website that is affordable, and that is high quality. These customers all are on a budget and want a quality website for their business.
4) Why do they care?
Customers will pay because American workers are twice as expensive than International programmers, but they have the same skill. My clients without me won't have the connections I have to great programmers.
5) What are your core competencies?
What sets me apart is my stellar work ethic. I will work very hard to get whatever task I need to get done. Nobody else has the work ethic that I have, and the connection I do for cheap and great programmers. Another element I have is my will to become the best person I can be. I acquired many business skills from the many clubs and business classes I've taken at a top ranked Business school like UF.
The part of my business I can improve is my logistics. If I improved the way I connected my clients and my marketing
The two points I learned in my feedback is to address objections, and to get a marketing plan. I incorporated this into my new idea napkin by tackling the issues head one and addressing them to make my idea napkin better then the last time.
Hey Zachary,
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job explaining what you are going to provide, how, and to who. I think that your idea specifically, is a great idea. Since most companies look into keeping costs down, this could be very important and helpful to many companies and make your idea very successful. Since you have great work ethic this would be a great quality to develop a program.
